Mercada owns, manages and develops retail sites mainly used by Kesko Group. The portfolio includes three shopping centers and 32 retail sites in Finland.

Shopping centers owned by Mercada are Veturi in Kouvola, Karisma in Lahti and Merituuli in Espoo. A total of 15 K-citymarkets, 16 K-supermarkets and 1 K-market, 2 K-Rauta stores are operating in the shopping centers and retail sites.

Mercada is owned together by Kesko Oyj, Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company and swedish AMF Pensionsförsäkring.
